To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyRateAdvisor and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service.
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyRateAdvisor, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
